Double Room Wanted

Double Room with Ensuite/Dedicated Bathroom Wanted.

I'm a 23 year old apprentice nursery practitioner, working towards a level 3 in childcare and I am very passionate about my job.

I love to read, write and make all different kinds of art. I'm a tidy amd friendly person who would like my own space to retreat to when I need, but would also really enjoy getting to chat and hangout in communal spaces with housemates.

I'm looking for somewhere I can feel at home. A room I can put my decor into to make feel like me and people I feel comfortable with. I'd like to be able to have my friends over occasionally to hangout and potentially stay the night occasionally (not very often) so if that's against the rules, it'll probably be a dealbreaker.
