Hi,

I’m looking for a room in a relaxed, respectful flatshare with ideally 1–2 housemates. I’m after a calm, easy-going home with a good atmosphere rather than a busy or party-heavy household.

About me:
I’ve lived around Stoke Newington / Dalston for the past 10 years and I’m looking to stay local. I work partly from home and spend a good part of the month working away, so I’m not heavily around the flat, but I’m reliably in and out.

I’m tidy, respectful, and very easy to live with. I like a home where people are independent but considerate, and where shared spaces are kept comfortable and relaxed.

I do smoke, but I’m considerate about it and only looking for somewhere where that’s comfortable.

I also have two well-behaved indoor–outdoor cats. They’re very used to a calm home environment, and I’m a responsible, long-term pet owner. Pet-friendly is essential.

What I’m looking for:
• 1–2 housemates max
• Calm, respectful household
• Working professionals or similar stable lifestyle
• Pet-friendly (essential)
• Comfortable with smoking
