Description
I'm looking to move in to a new flat share late June-early July as my current tenancy is ending and my flatmate is moving away.
I have a car and ideally would need parking included with any flat (or available to rent for extra). Inclusive of all bills, council tax, parking etc my budget is roughly £900pcm.
I'm looking for a 2-3 person flatshare, strictly non-smoking (for health reasons), girls preferred, city centre (would prefer to be near Spinningfields or Castlefield if possible) or as close as I can as I enjoy being in the heart of everything :)
-----
More on my shared living preferences:
I like to keep shared spaces quiet and tidy, and prefer a low amount of mess/clutter, but I also have a busy schedule during the week and appreciate a bit of flexibility on schedules for chores and shared responsibilities.
Big on consideration and open communication, and would like us to be able to talk about expectations upfront, but equivalently I think sharing living space requires a level of adaptability as things go on.
I really prefer someone who is considerate and can remain open, kind and constructive whilst having a conversation if/when we disagree as I'm a sensitive soul and struggle with messy conflicts/interpersonal drama. Let's be nice to each other and talk things out even if we disagree :)
-----
More about me:
I'm a professional working a 9-5 in tech and my office is in the city centre, most days I'll likely be out of the house but I do like to WFH sometimes from my own room or a shared space.
I'm usually an early riser and try to sleep early most days as well, wellness is important to me. I like to spend my free time out with friends or outside somewhere (gym, walks/hikes, little trips, sports etc) but equally enjoy spending some quiet time at home cooking, doing chores or relaxing. I like a night out every now and then and to have friends over at home sometimes to chill, for the occasional party, or to stay the night, but I am flexible about this and we could discuss and agree any preferences around this kind of thing beforehand.
Would be really nice to have a flatmate who is similar in lifestyle/wants to be friends and do things together, but I'm also okay for us to mostly just do our own thing.
