23 Year old Creative looking for a flat share

Hi, I’m Sam, I’m a 23 year old gay man looking for a chilled flat share/ room to move into london. I’m currently a Menswear stylist and Visual merchandiser for Ralph Lauren and am currently commuting over an hour into central Monday to Friday. I’m currently based in Mayfair so something somewhat central or with good transport links would be preferred. Ideally looking for an en-suite (and balcony if we are being picky) but open to compromises if the place is right!

I’m Looking for a household that’s somewhat chilled as can sometimes be a bit of a homebody, but looking to explore more into London and develop a bigger friendship network there. I love the odd night out and really enjoy going to bars with live music, enjoy galleries and chilled sunday brunch coffees.

No preference really on who I’d be sharing with as long as we get along. Have lived alone for the last 4 years so am pretty well trained in the keep the place looking decent department.
