Any fellow youtuber/content creators out there?

Hello! Seeing if there's any fellow youtubers/content creators out there that wanna get a house together? For genuine living and loads of potential ideas! I wanna be professional so it wont be a mad house or anything...anyway! I love gaming, movies, getting back into content, im trying to learn Japanese, I own a old astra van I wanna convert into a camper, i work in the quarrying sector as my actual job as a course host and admin, i work home 3 days a week and i have my own Internet with starlink (you can use it to if you wanna chuck some money in)..erm yeah! That's me really, I'll have a budget of 600 monthly if anyone can match that or we come to an agreement on room sizes and cut the rent accordingly...so yeah im seeking individuals that have either have the right energy to put up with me as a person that makes content or find someone I can live with that's on the same path and there can be a potential collab from time to time...oh I recently brought a piano and im trying to learn that to!
