Bedroom available for a buddy up in 2 bed

Hi, I’m looking for a housemate for a house I am hoping to move into around the start of July. It’s a property I have had an offer accepted on to purchase that I will be living in and I am hoping to have someone rent one of the rooms, it being quite difficult to fund having a house on your own! It’s a 2 bedroom house with a nice garden just off of Scott Hall Road, LS7. It’s about a 30-35 minute walk to the city centre. I’d be happy to share photos and videos of the place if you might be interested :) putting this ad out now to hopefully have some time to find a likeminded person to move in. Outdoorsy and sporty, spend most my weekends hiking, weekday evenings in the gym or playing squash. Very easygoing and relaxed person to live with. Let me know if you’d be interested :)
