Looking for a room for a few months.

My name is Richard, I'm looking for a room for a few months over the summer while I return to the country (end of may) to work.

I work as a lorry driver so am out of the house for 12/13 hours a day.
I haven't rented for several years now so I'm not sure how I'd provide references, however I could try and reach out to the agency from the time.
I'm also a homeowner, however my place is currently tenanted, hence my search for a room for myself for a few months.
