Looking for a Quiet Double Room (Ensuite) or Whole Property – Nottingham

Myself and my partner are currently looking for a double room with an ensuite in a quiet, well-kept home, ideally with just one other person. We're also open to renting a whole property if available.

Preferred areas include Wollaton, Beeston, Mapperley, Sherwood, West Bridgford, or Ruddington – somewhere peaceful with a good residential feel.

A bit about what we're looking for:

- A calm, tidy and respectful household
- Minimal noise and disruption (not a party house)
- Ideally just one other tenant/owner-occupier
- A clean, comfortable living space
