Tidy Creative Professional - ISO Long Term

My name's Kye, I'm a 27 year old freelance filmmaker who's just moved to London from Vancouver Island, Canada on a youth mobility work permit. I'm looking for a calm, tidy place I can call home.

I work from the library most weekdays in between projects, so I'm out of the house for regular working hours and generally pretty low-traffic as a housemate. Though if there's space to fit a desk in the room, working from home is a bonus for me too. I don't smoke, party lots or have the urge to invite friends over to hangout.

I love cooking and am always happy to do house dinners if housemates are into it. Outside of work I'm an avid runner, I go to the cinema often and enjoy exploring the city and finding good spots to eat.

I'm a massive animal lover and grew up on a farm, so I'm handy, happy to help with maintenance and more than comfortable around pets. I'm easygoing, tidy and really value a relaxed home environment to come back to at the end of the day.

Budget: £900–£1,200 all in.
