I'm sociable, tidy, and genuinely looking forward to living with good people. I'd love housemates I can grab a drink with and at the same time I can respect ones that would like a quiet night in. I will be working regular office hours and outside of that I'm into staying active and travelling.
I am flexible on move in dates but preferably any time in July as I have somewhere I can commute in from. I'm also flexible on exact location but ideally somewhere in Zone 2 with a good link to Paddington; Clapham, Battersea, or Shepherd's Bush would all be great. Budget up to £1,100/month. Available to move in from start of July but could move in later than that also. I would be very happy to chat or arrange a viewing anytime!
