Placement Student looking for a room or flatmates

Hey! I'm Matthew, 20, from Belfast and moving to London this July for a placement year at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Paddington. I am also very open to buddy ups aswell as any rooms that are available.

I'm sociable, tidy, and genuinely looking forward to living with good people. I'd love housemates I can grab a drink with as much as ones who respect a quiet night in. I will be working regular office hours and outside of that I'm into staying active, travelling, and exploring new places.

I'm flexible on exact location but ideally somewhere in Zone 2 with a good link to Paddington; Clapham, Battersea, Brixton, or Shepherd's Bush would all be great. Budget up to £1,100/month. Available to move in from start of July but could move in later than that also. I would be very happy to chat or arrange a viewing anytime!
