En suite double room wanted or flat share

Hi, I’m Geoff, 39 (turning 40 soon), a full-time working professional looking for a double room with an en-suite.
I’ve been in my previous place for around 9 years, so I’m very settled, reliable, and respectful of where I live. I work full-time and keep a steady routine, so I’m not a party person – I don’t really drink or go out much. I prefer a quiet home environment where I can relax, focus on work, and enjoy my hobbies. I have three children which I look after twice a week so want somewhere they feel welcome to stay and chill in my room but they are very quiet and well mannered a 13,15 year old and a 9 year old girl.
I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I value a calm, respectful household and get on well with different types of people, but I’m also quite independent.
Ideally looking for:
Double room with en-suite or a flat share.
Clean, tidy, and peaceful home
Good transport links (bonus, not essential)
