I am currently completing a self-funded Personal Training course and looking to secure a rental property with an intended move-in date of 27/06/2026.
I am a non-smoker and take pride in being a tidy, quiet, and respectful tenant. I have been awarded the Housing Element of Universal Credit and I am happy to arrange for payments to be made directly to the landlord each month for reliability and peace of mind.
All of my supporting documentation is prepared and ready to provide if required.
