Community Living London!

Hi, I'm Josh, 35, born in London, returned last year after 8 years in Asia.

I'm based in Peckham Rye, and plan to stay local. My current place is lush but simply too spenny, so I want to start or join a house share with 2+ like-minded, community-oriented and fun-loving humans.

I love to cook, eat, move, chat, dance, sing, meditate, share silence, laugh, hike, play, listen, explore, learn.
Errant squad side-quests, great films, theatre, music, feeding people, learning your language, sunrise, sunset, animals, smelling the flowers. These are all my vibe.

After an injury, I'm getting back into movement at Yogarise. I'm also in the middle of 2 courses:
- Permaculture Design
- Authentic Relating Level 1.

I WFH 2 days a week (CTO at a small trading firm), and on the other days I ride in on my (rather tonk) e-bike, which I'd need to find space for in a house share.

I'd say my top values in co-habitation are collaboration, honesty and respect. If those involved genuinely want to be there, are willing to share issues as they arise, and authentically listen, magic can happen!

I enjoy a tidy and clean home, and have an excellent cleaner who I'd love to bring onboard.
