Postgraduate student looking for a calm, tidy home

Hi! I’m a postgraduate student who will be moving to Glasgow around late August / early September to study at the University of Glasgow.

I’m from Taiwan and have several years of work experience before returning to academia for a second Master’s degree. I’m 33, responsible, and used to shared living environments.

I’m looking for a clean, peaceful, and respectful home. I really value a calm living space and am considerate of others’ routines. I’m tidy, quiet, and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m not a party person.

At the same time, I’m friendly and open to occasional chats or hanging out, but I also respect personal space and privacy.

What I’m looking for:
– Move-in: late August to early September
– Location: Ideally West End, Dennistoun, or areas with good transport links
– Budget: £500–£700 (flexible depending on the room)
– Prefer: en-suite or private bathroom
with 1–2 flatmates, clean and well-maintained flat
