A bit about us:
• Both in full-time employment (marketing & teaching)
• Have lived in London for 5+ years
• Clean, respectful, and easygoing
• Stable income and strong references available
What we’re looking for:
• 2-bedroom flat (ideally similar-sized rooms)
• Areas: Putney, Wandsworth, Earlsfield, and open to Queenstown Road / Clapham Junction and nearby
• Good transport links to central London / Waterloo + strong bus routes (one of us works centrally, the other near Barnes)
• Modern, good natural light preferred
• Partly furnished would be a bonus
Timing:
• Looking to move end of June / early July
We’re reliable tenants who will take great care of a property and are ready to move quickly for the right place.
