Currently looking for a friendly housemate to share a lovely modern house on quiet leafy road. You will have your own large dreamy bedroom with walk in closet and high spec en-suite!
You will just be sharing with me so it would be nice if we could become friends or at the least be friendly enough to go on the odd walk/run/climb/swim or watch tv and even cook together on occasion.
About me:
I work full-time as a living wall specialist (a glorified gardener!) based in Altrincham and currently teach swimming tue & thu evenings too! In my spare time I enjoy climbing (indoor bouldering), swimming, walks in Fletcher Moss Gardens, and sitting in sunny beer gardens. I very rarely feel the urge to go out out these days but could be persuaded on occasion :)
The house is 3 bed but the landlord uses the top bedroom for storage and for the occasional times he comes to the uk (works and lives in France). He’s very friendly, kind and is quick to solve any issues.
