2026/27 Academic year - Someone to live with

Hi! I'm a 25yo PhD student who is looking for someone who'd be interested in renting a 2 bed flat with me somewhere in Cardiff. As long as I can travel to Cathays within 40 minutes via train, I'm not too picky about the location. I have a 6yo Redfoot tortoise called George, so I wanted to ensure anyone living with me or renting to me would be ok living with a reptile. Ideally, I'd be looking for a Late August/Early Sept move-in date, but I can be flexible on this if we find a good enough property! I'm very clean, and cook often. Ideally, I'd be looking for someone who is also clean, and not too loud.
