27 year old (female) writer moving to London June 3rd 2026 looking for sublet or rent room from June onward. furnished Flatshare/houseshare near transport (tube a bus in walking distance) and supermarkets preferably with female roommates (ages 25-35) but I also do not mind mixed households. I am clean, tidy, and social and value privacy/boundaries.
- 500-800 pcm with bills included.
- if Sublet: June to August preferably
- If Rent: up to 1 year
the contract must follow the new Renters Bill. open to lodgers/sublease agreements but bust have legal right to rent/lease.
