Quiet, reliable tenant seeking room in Cambridge

Hi,

I’m a reliable long-term tenant looking for a room in Cambridge. I’ve lived happily in my current home for almost 10 years and have always paid my rent on time.

I’m a quiet and respectful person, I don’t play loud music or have parties, and I really value a calm, peaceful home.

I’m currently taking a year out to focus on my writing (which I’ll be doing from my room) and getting back into shape. This means I’ll mostly keep to myself during the day and won’t take up much space in the living areas or kitchen.

A decent desk/workspace is important to me so I can do my writing from home.

I’m clean, tidy, and easy-going, and I’m looking for a similar relaxed household where people are friendly but also respect each other’s space.

I’m flexible with move-in dates and happy to view at short notice. If you think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
