Clapham House Hunt: Quality House

Looking to team up with one or two like-minded people to find a genuinely nice, spacious house or flat around Clapham! Looking to move in start of June.

I’m 26, originally from Prague, and have been living in England for the past eight years. I’ve recently started a new finance role, so I’m looking to relocate closer to South West London.

I’m very outgoing and social, with plenty of friends in the area, but I also really value my own space and a clean, calm environment to focus and properly switch off after busy workdays. Ideally, I’m looking for people in a similar stage of life: working professionals, friendly, tidy, sociable, but respectful of each other’s space.

I think the smarter move is probably to team up for a 2, 3, or 4-bed place rather than overpaying individually, and try to find a nice property that comes up.
