Hi I’m Ray, looking for a room to rent ASAP to rent, I’m relocating to be closer to my gf.

I’m
Living in Wales, my landlord is selling and I’m looking to make this move asap

I’m an easy going guy, no parties, no loudness

Pretty clean. Quit smoking years ago but I do vape on occasion, I was a handy man for years in America when I lived there so maybe I can help out

But I’m looking for a room to rent asap. I will find a job (I’m a security guard)

So will be on UC at first but no intention of staying on it

Just whilst I get my foot into the area
