Currently in negotiations for a beautiful 3 bed duplex in the prestigious Embassy Gardens, Vauxhall, just across from the US Embassy. Sadly one of my friends is having to move back home last minute so we are looking for someone to take their place.
The Duplex is split across 3 floors, with garden and open plan kitchen/living room. 2.5 bath. Looking to move at the end of May start of June, you’d be paying circa £1,450 pcm for large double room, that comes with bed frame and wardrobe. Please get in touch if you’d like more info.
You’d be moving in with myself and one of my female colleagues. I’m 30 and she’s 25. We are both working professionals. Although we are friendly and social, we appreciate our own space in a chilled out quiet environment. We are both respectful and clean/tidy, we are looking for someone that is the same.
