2x Aussies looking for 2x rooms - SW London

Hey everyone,
Jordy and I are looking for a place in SW London and thought we’d try our luck here before fully committing to the emotional rollercoaster that is London renting.

I’m Jack, an architect from Australia working in Battersea, and Jordy is a physio, also from Australia. We’re both 30 and working around SW London.

We’re looking for either:

• Two rooms available in an existing house share, or

• A couple of like-minded people to team up with and find a place together

Ideally looking around Clapham, Balham, Battersea or nearby areas, with a budget of around £900–£1000 pcm per room. We’re aiming to move in mid to late June.

We’re easygoing, clean, respectful and social. Weekdays are generally pretty work-focused, and weekends are usually a mix of gym, exploring London, catching up with friends and the occasional pub session.

We come with solid rental references, good Aussie banter and a strong respect for shared fridge space.
