Respectful housemate looking for room

Hello, my name is Saskia (25) and im looking for a new flatshare to call my home. I'm moving back to London to start a new job on July 1st so currently looking for a sublet to land in :)) I work in research on climate topics for a nonprofit. I lived in the London/oxford from 2016-2023 and am excited to return from my home country Germany :)

I am a very respectful housemate and have lived in a number of different flat share constellations over the past 7 years. My philosophy is to always leave a common space how I'd like to find it myself (tidy :) I'll definitely be in the office at least 2-3 times a week and will wfh the other days, so will need a desk/room for one :)

Generally I'm also a sociable flatmate and love to chat, cook vegan/vegatarian food together or watch a show, but I also appreciate my alone time to recharge. I'm not a party person and enjoy an early night 😴😌 Outside of work I enjoy bouldering, yoga, knitting, going to museums and indie concerts, picnics, outdoors and would like to start volunteering somewhere (any tips?)
