29 clean professional looking for dbl room

I'm Sara, a 29-year-old professional looking for an en-suite room in London from mid/late July (fairly flexible). My budget is up to **£1,400 including bills**.

I'm hoping to find a place that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideally I'd love to live with people I can actually be friends with who are around a similar age and who enjoy a chat or an occasional film night but then also appreciate personal space when needed!

I work in a law firm in Central London and work from home two days a week. I am very clean, tidy and considerate, and I genuinely enjoy keeping shared spaces nice for everyone so you won't need to tell me to clean!

Outside of work I'm love going to cafés, attempting to perfect my coffee-making skills, being out in nature, pub quizzing, travelling whenever I can. I like playing board games/ video games. I try to keep active and do pilates as well. I'm always up for the occasional house dinner and have been told I am a very good cook so would be happy to do shared dinners every once in a while! I'd love a coffee or trip to the pub, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing and respect other people's routines and privacy.

I'm very chill, reliable and looking for a relaxed, positive household where everyone feels comfortable.
