Looking for property to rent

Hello, I am looking for a property to rent. I am single with no children, no pets, and I am a non-smoker. I currently am receiving Universal Credit, depending on area the housing allowance will differ, so I am also open to considering higher monthly rental prices. I am quiet and respectful. I would be interested in particular in an annex / conversion / self-contained studio / mobile home / cabin, or similar.
I am currently based in Lincolnshire but I am open to moving to all locations. If you have anything suitable, I would really appreciate you getting in touch. Thank you
