Hey there! I’m Mckenzie (she/her) and due to unforeseen circumstances, my floating home in Tottenham has become untenable … I’m currently sofa surfing and hunting for a home and community once again.
What I’m looking for…
* Shared creative warehouse community, flat or house.
* Double room - furnished or not.
* Communal living space so we can chill and hang from time to time. Bonus points if there are other creatives to work with
* Ideally long term; but open to short term let if it leads to a long-term home.
* Open to any warehouse community in East/North London - Hackney Wick/ Fish Island, Fountayne Rd or Harringey/Manor House.
* Need good transport links through tube or overground.
* Budget: £850pcm including bills.
About me…
* Fun-loving, deep, creative, trans woman. I enjoy meditation and yoga.
* 40 but came-out late, making up for lost time!
* Introverted but loves to be around other people.
* Queer, poly, doll with grunge hair & sparkly nails, with a touch of the tism.
* Studio Assistant for artist Spelling Mistakes Cost Lives.
* Social smoker and drinker; but I am totally ok with living in a household with people who are T total or similar.
* Food - Not a veggie. I eat fish and a little bit of meat, but veggie is better for me. I would choose veggie sausages over butchers sausages every time!

* Fashion/ Upcycling gives me so much joy and expression.
* Cycling, BMX, MTB
* Art and Design Galleries. Spend most of my weekends at galleries for inspiration.
* Travel - I was born and raised on a tiny island, so any chance to see new places is a hell yeah for me.
* Motorsport - I love F1 and rallying, and want to visit some races IRL in 2027.
Household/mates…
* I would love to live within a queer, creative, progressive community.
* No preferences on gender or age, but a clean home is important to me.
* I would definitely like some shared living/ coworking/ creative space and social connection with housemates.
* Would love to share some communal meals, but not a must-have.
