Looking for a room or rent buddy

Hi Everyone,

My name is Dudu, and I am a DataOps Engineer in a Logistics company.

I am looking for a room or a tenancy, ideally with all bills included. I will commit initially 3 months because I am applying to some PhD positions atm. There is a possibility to stay long-term if things work out and if I stay in the UK. I am full-time employed, and my office is based in Trafford, Manchester.

I am not smoking, I do drink from time to time, and recently I came out as gluten intolerant with some sleep issues, therefore somewhere peaceful and quiet would be really appreciated. I do care about leaving a place as I found it and preferably leave it clean.

I HAVE TWO CATS, and please see the pictures.

I am into cinema, travelling, photography, politics and cooking. I would love to cook together and enjoy the flat we share occasionally or watch a movie and have a cosy evening, if you would be up to. Otherwise, I am totally aware of the personal boundaries, and I am respectful of privacy. I love swimming and walking around the city as an exercise.

I have some office furniture to bring into the flat and some cat litter boxes. And if you would be interested, I can contribute to the decoration of the place.

I have references from previous landlords and I can also provide any sort of documentation required.
