Looking for 1 buddy, 2bed flat, SE London, 3rd Jul

Hi, I’m a psychiatrist specialising in child and adolescent mental health. I love singing, dancing, theatre, exploring cafes, the cinema, doing tarot (I have SO many tarot and oracle decks that you’d think that that’s my full time job!), time alone, meditation, wine and movie nights! I’m neat, tidy and clean up after myself.

I’m currently living alone, so I have a lot of the necessary furniture. So I’m looking for an UNFURNISHED 2 bed flat with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher in addition to a washer dryer and other generic appliances, to share with one other person. My budget is 1200 + bills. An en-suite is great but not a deal breaker. But a balcony/view of the water/ having trees around/ large windows would make me squeal with joy! I’m looking for a place close to cafes, pubs etc with good transport links.

I value quality time spent socially as well as time alone and I’m looking for a buddy who shares this sentiment so we can do fun things both alone and together!
