Hi! I’m a single 28-year-old girl looking for a friendly, respectful female flatshare. I’m moving over to London from Canada this fall (Sept/Oct) and am looking for some girlies to live with.

🩵 Personality Type: I am a type A kind of roommate (organized and clean). I’m slightly sensitive to noise and smell (neurodivergent girlies unite), so I really appreciate a respectful household. I’m sociable and easy-going, but I also value downtime and personal space. Not gonna lie, I like nice things, so a nice, clean, warm aesthetic is heaven on earth to come home to. I’m a non-smoker/drug user and am over my drinking phase of life lol – I’d rather dress up and go out for a lovely meal. Most of the time I am happy to be in bed by 9:30 with a book in hand, but I am also looking to make the most out of life while in London. Also, I’m allergic to mold and cats lol.

📚🌳✈️ Interests:
· I love movies, musical theatre and romantasy books. My kobo goes everywhere with me and I love a man written by a women aka why I’m single lol.
· The Office, Friends, reality tv (I’m a Celebrity, Traitors, Love Island, MAFS), and YouTube (Zoe and Alfie, Sophia and Cinzia, GMM).
· I grew up on boy bands and Glee – so hopefully that tells you all you need to know about my music taste and character (I am a fangirl at heart – iykyk)
· My favourite movie is Pride and Prejudice and I could watch it seven days a week lol. If we can make a trip to Mr. Darcy’s house one time, my life would be complete.
· I love to cook and bake and am happy to share whatever treats I whip up
· I love being outside so if you’re down for park walks, you can count me in (side note – I am extremely ok with it if you have a dog and will happily puppysit whenever you need)
· I love to travel and will be trying to plan quick weekend trips to places in the UK and other countries close by

Area: Battersea area (close to overground Clapham Junction station)
Budget: £900-£1,500 per month (incl bills and council tax)
Amenities: A bright, furnished/unfurnished room in a bright household with aircon/heating, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and preferably a private bathroom or shared with one other person.
Move-in Date: September/October

Looking to join a flat with other women who are like me (working professional, single, late 20s/early 30s, non-smokers). I would love to be friends with my housemates as there’s nothing better in my experience. My ideal housemates would be down for movie/reality TV nights, cooking/baking together occasionally, doing activities together (Pilates classes, walks for coffee, going out for dinner, etc.), celebrating holidays/birthdays and the little things in life. (If you got a promotion, let’s go for a nice dinner and a show! If you had a bad date, let’s bake a cake to cheer you up).
