26yr Old Full time worker looking for flat

I am a 26yr Old male, works full time as a bar supervisor and freelance painter looking for a place to move into from the 22nd August.

I’m looking for like minded flatmates, preferably people who enjoy a relaxing and friendly atmosphere at home. I have no issues with other flatmates hosting their friends and/or family members, I only ask for a heads up and I will always do the same back:)

I usually work until the early hours of the morning, and I am a generally quiet person after coming home during such times.

I very rarely go out drinking but I have no issue if my flatmates do.

I normally keep to myself in my free time. Either playing video games, painting or spending time with my girlfriend.

On the topic of cleanliness, I am a clean and tidy person, I am happy to do my fair share of cleaning the property, and am happy to do my fair share of household duties.
