I’m Ateeq, 22, an Optometry graduate relocating from West Yorkshire to London to begin my pre-registration year at Moorfields Eye Hospital — one of the world’s leading specialist eye hospitals. My position is NHS-salaried, so my income is stable, contracted, and guaranteed from day one.

Cleanliness is a big deal for me — I genuinely can’t stand mess or germs, and I take real pride in keeping shared spaces spotless. You’ll never have to ask me twice. I work regular hours, spend most evenings at the gym, and lead a pretty quiet, settled lifestyle. I tend to keep to myself and I’m not the type to have people over all the time or cause any disruption.

I’m not after a short-term let. I want somewhere I can properly settle into for at least a year — ideally longer. I’m looking to move in around 24 July, give or take a few days either side.

I’m a non-smoker, no pets, and I’m happy to provide my NHS offer letter, proof of income, and references before or on signing.
