Looking for a Room with a Cat near Turnpike Lane

I’m looking for a room in a shared house or flat in Turnpike Lane (or very close by). My budget is £600pcm including bills if possible, but I’m happy to discuss.

A bit about me:

· Non-smoker, no parties, no drugs.
· Very quiet and respectful of shared spaces.
· Clean and tidy – always wash up, take bins out, and keep things organised.
· I commute to work Tuesday to Saturday and spend most of my time in my room – not the kind of person who lives in the living room.

I come with a friendly, well-behaved, neutered, litter-trained cat. She is affectionate and very clean (smells good), and I’m happy to keep them in my room at all times if you’re not a cat person. They don’t scratch furniture, roam common areas, or cause trouble.

What I need:

- A furnished single or double room in Turnpike Lane or within 15–20 mins walk.
- Pet-friendly landlord/housemates (even if they only accept because the cat stays in my room).
- Decent WiFi
- Respectful housemates
- Non smoker house
- Female housemates preferred
- No house party

Happy to provide references, pay deposit, and meet for a viewing. I completely understand if you’re not comfortable with cats – just want to be upfront.
