Female professional looking for double room

I’m Katie, 25, a consultant looking for a room or 1-2 person buddy up in the North East London area from late August/early September.
I’m a clean, respectful and communicative housemate, looking for flatmates to also call friends - getting to know each other through local pub trips/nights in and out!
I am in the office three times a week and have quite an active social life outside of the flat, but value down time at home and the flat being a calm, chill space.
I particularly love the Dalston area where I have lived for the past year, but very open to new. I have always lived in flats of 2-3 and had made great friends through prev flats shares :)

My budget including bills is roughly £1250 p/m and preference for female flatmates.
