Double room for considerate professional

I am currently looking to rent a double room, ideally with en suite or private bathroom, as I am relocating to the South East for work.

I work as a tarmac supervisor so will be out of the property during working hours and do not work from home.

I am sociable but also like my own space, respectful and tidy. I am a smoker but never in the house and am looking to quit!

I love animas so if you have pets that’s not a problem.
