Professional seeking en-suite - Baker St commute

Hi, I’m a professional working in data analytics at a university and I’m looking for a clean, comfortable en‑suite room with an easy commute to Baker Street. I work from home about 3 days a week and I’m looking for a quiet, well‑kept flat with respectful flatmates and a good balance between social and private time.

I’m a non‑smoker and would prefer a completely non‑smoking household. I’m tidy, considerate and easy to live with, and I’d like a place that’s reasonably quiet in the evenings. I also have an electric piano, so a room with a nearby socket and a bit of space would be ideal.
