Looking for flatshare - Academic Year 26/27

Hi, I will be returning to Glasgow Uni for my masters degree in September. I’m looking early to see if anyone will have future availability for a flatmate in academic year 26-27. Ideally I could move in once graduation season is over, so late July onwards. This would be good if you know one of your flatmates is graduating and plans to leave the city.

Me:
ℹ️ 22F, relatively introverted but like a night out (or a night in!)
👩‍🎓 Currently work full-time but will be a student in Sept
💕 Like baking, tea (which I like to share!), learning mandarin, will be studying infection biology at uni 🙂‍↕️
🌱 Vegetarian but not fussy about sharing cooking spaces or utensils with meat eaters. If it’s clean we’re cool 👍
🧽 I appreciate keeping shared areas clean
🏁 I don’t own a car or need a parking space

Preferences:
🗓️ Prefer to move in August time, but can be a little earlier
👥 Female flatmates but moreso that I’m not the only girl in the flat
💵 Under £550 for the rent itself and transparent bills and utilities. I have council tax exemption as a student
📍Close to UofG, walkable at least (<35mins walk)
💼 Other students or young professionals
🪞 Bedroom has a desk and wardrobe space/or space to put a clothing rack
🚭 Nonsmoking, please
