I'm Ektor a full-time analyst working in Fintech at Bank. I go to the office 4 days per week.
1. Open to join an existing house or flat share
2. Open to buddy-up with 1 or 2 people for a 2 or 3 bedroom flat
Ideally looking for a place in Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, or Putney. I particularly enjoy cycling and running so being close to the big parks would be great.
I got my own furniture for my bedroom and furniture that would cover the basic needs of a living room/kitchen. I got a couch, tv bench, a rug, small wooden balcony table that could be used for dining too. However I'm still open to furnished flats if need be.

- Born and raised in Greece and have been living in the UK since 2016
- Very clean and tidy, respectful of each other's space and personal time to rest
- non-smoker
- I have an active lifestyle and enjoy triathlon training

I'm looking for somewhere to stay long-term and my budget is max 1350pm without bills.
Currently under a fixed-term contract but I can give my notice 2 months prior. So the soonest I can move out is 1st of October, if I give my notice on the 1st of August according to the new tenancy laws.
