Searching for a long-term rental

Hope you’re doing well! My name is Yuxuan , and I’m from Taiwan. I am currently relocating to the UK with plans to find a full-time job.

I’m looking for a new home and I think I’d be a great fit for your household. Having lived in shared flats for more than 2 years, I understand the importance of being a responsible tenant. I’m very clean, organized, and proactive about keeping common areas tidy.

I have two years of experience living in shared apartments, so I fully understand the importance of being a respectful and clean housemate. I’m a quiet person and always happy to do my part in keeping the communal areas tidy.

I am scheduled to arrive in Edinburgh on June 8th, so I would love to arrange an in-person viewing on June 9th if that works for you.

My budget is approximately £600-700pcm. I’m reliable with rent and looking for a place I can call home.
