Looking for a double bedroom in shared flat in the areas Birmingham City Center - Westside - JQ - ladyhood - Digbeth (but not too much south of Digbeth).
Looking to move in on 15th of August. 1 year contact.
I also consider a studio.
Max number of roommates: 4 (without myself).
Furnished room (bed, table, chair, wardrobe).
Ensuite is preferred but not necessary.
I am a phd student with 1700gbp stipend (I pay no council tax!)
Maximum rent (no utilities) is 550gbp/month , so that with the utilities it goes at 670gbp/month (the maximum).
Not ground floor, not above 4th floor: Between 1-4.
Better if there is some kind of garden or balcony (but this is optional).
Maximum 20 minutes walk from New street.
