Norwegian postgraduate exchange student (29)

Hi! I'm a 29-year-old postgraduate student from Norway, coming to Glasgow for an exchange semester at University of Strathclyde. I'm looking for short-term accommodation from 7 September to 21 December 2026 (15 weeks), either a studio or a room in a shared flat, preferably in the West End of Glasgow.

Before starting my Master's degree in Media and Communication, I worked for several years as a journalist in Norway, mainly covering culture topics. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science.

Outside of my studies, I'm a big fan of football, music and gaming. I also enjoy going to the gym, running, and spending time outdoors. One of the reasons I chose Glasgow is that I've always been interested in Scottish culture, and I'm really looking forward to making the most of my time in Scotland.

I'd describe myself as respectful, friendly, easy-going and tidy. I enjoy a relaxed and welcoming home environment, and I'm hoping to live with people who are considerate, reasonably organised, and easy to get along with. I'm always happy to socialise over dinner or a pint, but I also appreciate everyone's need for their own space.
