30F Professional Seeks Calm Home

I'm looking for a quiet, clean, respectful place to call home. I do not want a party house/flat.

I am in full time permanent employment in Edinburgh and the city is also where I choose to do all my social activities so that's why I want to move (currently renting outside of Edinburgh).

I have a physical disability (joint condition) so I am looking for a room on the 3rd floor or below (unless there is a lift), and where I can bring my stool (even if I have to store it in my room) so I can sit to do my dishes.

I work from home 3 days out of 5 so a room that already has a desk or I can fit my desk is ideal. I'm not normally on many calls for work, whether video or phone, so I don't usually generate much noise while working.

The budget given is the maximum I am willing to spend on rent with bills included. I am considering places where rent is not included in the bills but not where the estimated bills + rent would be over that number. Anything below that number will be considered.

Lastly, I am looking for a long term let (min. 12 months but ideally longer).
