Middle ages professional female with dogs

38 year old professional female looking for a room. I have recently come out of a relationship and looking to find somewhere for a long term let asap. I do have 2 small dogs, they are house trained and friendly. I work as a nurse in the private sector, I work from home every day except Wednesday when I am on site. The dogs go to a sitter whenever I work on site or visit friends/family so they are never alone. If I pop to shops or gym they are always crated.
I love nature, birdwatching, walking, endurance swimming, travelling, music and video/board games and d&d. I do not drink alcohol or smoke but enjoy sitting in pub gardens with friends who do drink
