Wanting a Double Room w/ ensuite

Hi I’m Simon, a 26yo Aussie moving to London from Melbourne for work in investment banking in the City. I’m looking for a comfy room with an ensuite or private bathroom in a clean, friendly, and social household.

A bit about me:
• Full-time office-based working in the City, although I expect to travel around 1 week each month for work.

• Easy-going, respectful, and very tidy around the house.

• Sociable and keen to make friends, while also respecting people’s personal space and downtime.

• Into gym, travel, markets, coffee, exploring new places, and the occasional pub night.

• Financially stable, non-smoker, and pretty low-maintenance to live with.

I’m not a huge party person at home — I prefer a relaxed and clean environment where everyone gets along and enjoys hanging out from time to time, whether that’s dinners, drinks, or just chatting after work.

Ideally looking for somewhere with a good commute into the City/Liverpool Street area and housemates who are friendly, easy-going, and respectful.
