I'm Mariya, 28, an Aerospace Engineer by background recently started a new role as an Innovation Lead - Applied AI (I love all the cool tech:)

My first degree was in Product Design from one of London's Arts universities and I've been meaning to return down south ever since - and with my new role I'm looking to do just that :)

I am a non-smoker, easygoing, very friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of other people's lives and space, but can always turn it up a notch if any of the flatmates wish to host a few friends :) I will be working from home a lot of the time, so making sure I'm a good and thoughtful flatmate is very important to me.

I also like cooking, and volunteering (I built an educational non profit in my spare time and inspire children to fall in love with Aviation and tech as much as I love these sectors).

About the Flat: 🏙️

I'm looking for a bright and spacious room with enough space to put a desk in, a big wardrobe and a nice view. Don't mind if we'd share a bathroom or have ensuite(s):)

I'm looking to team up with somebody to find a beautiful place in zone 1-2, ideally in places like the new builds in Elephant & Castle (I love the skyscrapers there and that would be a perfect place for me:), Paddington Basin, the road connecting Highbury & Islington to Angel (perfect for shops, young people and doing stuff), or something similar with good connectivity.

I'm looking to start renting a 2-3 bedroom ideally early - mid June (latest - end of July if needs be), and definitely go long term, 6m+. My budget is ideally <£1600 (if without bills) for my room and happy to share the rent accordingly if, for example, my room is bigger :)
