Professional Seeking 2 Nights/Week Room in London

Hi everyone! I’m a 32 year-old Canadian currently living in Brighton and starting a new office-based role in Central London.

I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay ideally 2 nights per week (likely Tuesday/Thursday night) to avoid the Brighton to London commute every single day.

A few details about me:

Budget: ideally around 300-400/month
Looking for somewhere within roughly 30 minutes by Tube/walk to the Oxford Circus area (please do not message me if you are far from this area)
I work typical office hours (9 am to 6 pm), so I’d realistically only be home around 8 pm to 8 am on the nights I stay (I'll go to the gym after work)
Very clean, tidy, respectful, and quiet
Non-smoker
Easygoing and independent, but also friendly and sociable
I’ve house sat for dozens of people through TrustedHousesitters and can provide excellent reviews/references

Because I’ll only be there part-time, I’m hoping this setup could work well for someone who’d like a little extra income without feeling like they have a full-time flatmate around constantly.

I’m mainly looking for somewhere that feels safe, relaxed, and welcoming, where I can have a consistent “home base” in London during the work week.
