Looking for a friendly place to call home!

Hey! My name's Liv, I'm a 20 year old student currently looking for a place to call home in central-east London for my third year of uni and potentially onwards. I've been looking at places like Wapping, Shoreditch, Shadwell, Hackney, Homerton, London Fields, Hoxton - my budget is £1000pcm, but if I find somewhere really perfect, I may be able to be flexible.

I'd love to find a double room in a female only or predominantly female space in one of these places. I love the idea of hanging out and socialising in the communal areas with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, watching telly and chatting together, going to the pub, or going for walks with my flatmates. A communal space/living area would be great - I would love to really become friends with my flatmates! Though I also would love somewhere which can also be cosy and relaxing, where I can have some down-time too <3

I'm also happy to consider buddying up if any one else is looking for something with similar preferences!
