Searching for a home in Southwark

Hi all,

My name is Karolina and I'm looking for a new, affordable home.

Do you have a spare room, maybe attic/upper floor of a house/flat, or a studio/ 1 bed flat you are looking to rent out to someone who will treat it like home and with care?

I had to suddenly leave the place I lived in previously due to mould and disrepair. That was in Borough so ideally I'm searching in Southwark- Elephant & Castle, Walworth, Kennington, Borough, Bermondsey, Rotherhithe or similar. Might be able to consider other areas too.

About me: 31 years old, a lesbian, my pronouns are she/her. I work full time - a mix of office and wfh. I am passionate about travelling and art- I'm often at the theatre or cinema and like to travel to see plays abroad. I'd like to find a place I can call home, feel comfortable and live with or rent from a likeminded, kind person. My values are very much on the left and supporting queer and trans lives, a free Palestine and a free Iran is important to me. I am neurodivergent.

At home I like to relax, read, journal and watch films. I also enjoy things like swimming, walking, cycling. I like to share a meal or watch a film with the person I live with but also value my alone time.

Budget: Around £700, affordability is crucial to me.
