Professional female looking for a female buddy up

Hey, I'm Jules and I'm looking for another professional female to buddy up with for a flat in/around the Salford quays area.

I work from home full time, so I'll need a big enough room for a desk, and I need a parking space. Other than that I'm pretty flexible!

I'd love to be friends with my flat mate, have a glass of wine, watch a documentary and go out to dinner together occasionally, but I also really value my alone time, so having good communication and boundaries is also important!

A bit about me:
I work in the tech industry, 100% from home with the occasional trip away - hence the car (but that comes in handy to do the big shop and day trips on a weekend!!)

I love working out, the arts in any form, fantasy books and I'm very passionate about food and coffee shops!

You'll often find me rewatching the same TV shows, including Modern family, Brooklyn nine-nine and New Girl. I LOVE a musical, and also expect to regularly hear me playing songs from Glee!
I'm wanting to move to Manchester to expand my social circle, so I plan on joining any and every activity you can think of!

I love a spritz (or 3) so I'm always down for drinks after work or on a weekend. I try and take at least 1 solo trip per year, and I've been known to enjoy videogames too!

I've lived alone for a while, so I'm very good at keeping things clean and tidy, but I also think I'm relatively relaxed.
