My name's Jules and I'm relocating from Leeds to Manchester!

I've recently met another girl on Spareroom and we're buddying up together, and we're currently looking for a third person to join the mix.
Both of us are in our early thirties, and full time professionals.
We're wanting to be friends with whoever we live with, have the occasional night in or out together but also respect each others personal space.
We're looking in the Spinningfields/Salford/Salford Quays areas specifically, and would prefer a flat over a house. Our budgets are around £1000 each including bills, and one requirement is parking for me, but I don't mind paying extra or finding somewhere nearby if feasible (though I would much prefer onsite).
Right now, we're looking at a mid/late August - Early September move, but have some flexibility.
I wfh full time, and she wfh a few days a week - so as long as you're happy with that, you'll be a great fit!

I work in the tech industry, 100% from home with the occasional trip away.

I love working out, the arts in any form, reading and I'm very passionate about food and coffee shops.
I'm wanting to move to Manchester to expand my social circle, so I plan on joining any and every activity you can think of!

I've lived alone for a while, so I'm very good at keeping things clean and tidy, but I also think I'm relatively relaxed.
I think of home as a sanctuary, so don't expect any huge house parties, but maybe a couple of drinks and dinners with the girls occasionally! I'm super respectful and think communication is the most important thing.
