Hi, my name is Aaron, I’m 32 years old and currently looking for a studio or one-bedroom property to rent.

I’m currently in receipt of DSS/Universal Credit, which covers my full rent entitlement. Although I am under 35, due to long-term health conditions and being in receipt of PIP and incapacity-related benefits, I qualify for the full one-bedroom/studio rate through the housing element.

I’m a very clean and respectful person, non-smoker, no pets, and I only remain out of work due to ill health and heart-related conditions. I’m quiet, reliable, and take good care of where I live.

I was wondering if you would be willing to consider me for the property and possibly arrange a viewing if it’s still available.
